- Seven months prior Facebook shocked Silicon Valley by agreeing to pay a mass amount of money for the app with millions of uses
-They're predicted to get back very little in revenue
- One month after the U.S. Federal Trade Commission approved
WhatsApp is associated with phone number while Facebook is an overall social network
